Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAPZCODES services — including our training programmes, consulting services, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Training Services

• All training programmes are subject to seat availability and batch scheduling.
• Course content, duration and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• SAPZCODES reserves the right to reschedule batches due to trainer availability or insufficient enrolments.
• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Missed sessions can be covered in subsequent batches subject to availability.
• SAP system access is provided strictly for training purposes and must not be misused.

Fee & Refund Policy

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule at the time of enrolment.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless the batch is cancelled by SAPZCODES.
• In the event of batch cancellation by SAPZCODES, a full refund or credit transfer to the next batch will be offered.
• Fee structures, discounts and EMI options are communicated at the time of counselling and may vary.

Placement Assistance

• SAPZCODES provides placement assistance — not a guaranteed job placement.
• Placement support includes resume preparation, interview coaching and referrals to hiring companies.
• Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. SAPZCODES has no control over third-party hiring outcomes.
• Students must actively participate in the placement process to avail support.

Consulting Services

• All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before project commencement.
• Deliverables, timelines and payment milestones are as specified in the SOW.
• SAPZCODES is not liable for delays caused by client-side factors including delayed access, approvals or feedback.
• Intellectual property developed during consulting engagements shall be as agreed in the SOW.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, presentations and documentation provided by SAPZCODES are the intellectual property of SAPZCODES and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Code of Conduct

• Students and clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct with trainers, staff and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, misuse of SAP systems, or academic dishonesty will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Privacy

Personal information collected during enrolment or enquiry is used solely for providing our services and communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required for placement referrals, with your consent.

Limitation of Liability

SAPZCODES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
